Process Framework:
1.Passengers complete their ride booking through smart terminals(Passenger Booking Workflow, Use smart booking terminal,Terminal provides voice/page prompt of the booking result).

2.Booking information and transaction data are uploaded in real-time.

3.Data status is synchronized in real-time.

4.SaaS system platform:Verify passenger booking information(Passengers use existing payment methods to tap cards/scan codes for ticket payment or trigger the booking mechanism via a button (booking method can be customized).

5.Dispatch System:Receive booking information.
6.Vehicle Arrival Verification Process.
7.Booking data is uploaded in real-time to the SaaS service platform.
8.Vehicle Arrival Verification Process,Drivers receive notification instructions from the backend dispatch system and arrive at the designated stop.
9.Passengers scan codes/tap cards again upon boarding; if already paid during booking, no additional charge; if not previously booked, normal fare applies.
10.Transaction data is sent to the backend communication service and parsed into the database.
