In 2018, Long Win Bus called for bids on the development of a new electronic payment system. As a leading mobile payment service provider in China, Golong Technology undertook the development of the new mobile payment system for Hong Kong Long Win Bus and provided a vehicle-mounted all-in-one payment terminal that is qualified in Hong Kong for this project after two years of research and design with various parties.
In order to make sure passengers can use the convenient mobile payment system as soon as possible, Hong Kong Long Win Bus and Hangzhou Golong Technology Co., Ltd. accelerated the installation of the mobile payment system, organized various parties to speed up integration testing of the road on the occasion of the Chinese New Year.
The new system not only supports cash and Octopus cards but also contactless credit cards and QR codes which include VISA, MasterCard, UnionPay, Alipay HK, Apple Pay, and WeChat Pay. Hong Kong Long Win plans to successfully launch a new payment system to provide Hong Kong people with a more flexible payment experience and promote the construction of smart travel services in Hong Kong.
