Starting from January 2021, Kowloon Motor Bus (KMB) expanded its electronic payment system, covering 60 bus routes and offering 10 payment methods, with the initial deployment involving 550 buses.

Since February 13, 2022, all routes operated by KMB have supported the " e-payment system" electronic payment system, fully realizing cashless payment methods.
