On December 11, 2017, Golong Technology attended the new mobile payment strategy product launch conference of QuickPass. Golong all-in-one bus validator played an important role in the bus mobile payment scenario and also showed at this conference.
This time, China UnionPay joined hands with commercial banks, payment institutions, and other industry parties to jointly release the unified banking app “QuickPass”. As a new mobile terminal unified portal created by all parties, “QuickPass” brings together the mobile payment functions and benefits of various institutions and strives to become a mobile payment for consumers to save money.
Promote FinTech innovation to build a security prevention and control system.
In recent years, China’s mobile payment has developed rapidly. Since 2013, the scale of mobile payment has increased more than 20 times. However, the cost of social payment is also rising at the same time. The launch of this unified app is to unify the user experience, reduce users’ learning costs through a distinct and unified logo, and fully realize users' personalized needs.
From the perspective of payment innovation, the unified app will rationally lay out advanced technologies such as mobile Internet, big data, artificial intelligence, and the Internet of Things into mobile payment service scenarios so that retail payments can provide more convenience for citizens. It covers a wide range of mobile terminal products such as QR code payments, Pay-type payments, Token, HCE, and other payment technologies, providing consumers with a more personalized and diversified payment experience.
From the perspective of payment security, the unified app uses artificial intelligence, big data analysis and other technologies, security chips, biometrics, location, and other security means to build a comprehensive and real-time security prevention and control system. Through mobile payment innovation risk assessment and dynamic tracking, it provides a relatively complete user risk guarantee so that the public can truly obtain convenient, safe, and affordable mobile payment services.
Build a unified mobile portal with an open platform to create a convenient service and a unique service system.
By creating an open platform, “QuickPass” serves as a unified entrance, bringing together the payment tools, payment scenarios, and special services of UnionPay and major banks, and covering a variety of scenarios. It relies on the Mobile Payment Convenience Demonstration Project of BOC to achieve comprehensive coverage of the main online and offline payment scenarios for people’s food, clothing, housing, and travel. Currently, it can be used by businesses in public service industries such as railways, 100,000 convenience stores nationwide, more than 30 colleges and universities, more than 100 markets, and water, electricity, and coal payments in more than 300 cities. It is expected to achieve bank account balance inquiries, transportation fines, etc., and realize applications in various scenarios such as buses, subways, hospital social security, school and enterprise, and smart parking in China.
In 2017, new smart travel has gradually covered most cities in China. Hangzhou, as the leading city, realized bus mobile payment. Alipay and UnionPay QuickPass have also made citizens experience the new payment methods brought by the Internet era, which has greatly facilitated the travel of citizens and foreign tourists.
