Municipal Transportation Group and Golong Technology jointly launched the “Customized Bus” business. Golong Technology provided technical support to achieve a “customized” service to meet the diversified needs of commute, business, or tourism.
The customized bus journey from downtown to Dajing takes one hour.
“People can take the bus as soon as they go out. And there is a seat when you get on the bus, which is comfortable and safe.” Yesterday morning, Yueqing's first customized bus route—D001 Route, was officially used. As one of the first passengers of the customized bus, Mr. Xu, a citizen, praised this “customized” service.
"A one-week trial run is from January 13th to 19th. The original ticket price is 18 yuan. People can enter ‘Yueqing Customized Bus’ in the WeChat Mini Program to get a 20% discount. People only need to spend 1 RMB during the trial run. It is very popular with the public according to the booking situation.” Zheng Xiuzhi introduced that the first and last stations were extended to the People's Government of Dajing Town, and the regular buses stopped at the Dajing Passenger Transport Center. If the customized route worked well, it would increase routes according to the passenger traffic.
Customized bus service for employees’ travel
In recent years, the Municipal Transportation Group has continued to expand its service and create customized routes for enterprises. Last year, Municipal Transportation Group cooperated with an LNG company to open the Yueqing-Xiaomen customized route. Furthermore, Municipal Transportation Group cooperated with the State Grill Zhejiang Electric Power Company of Wenzhou Power Supply Company to open the Yueqing-Wenzhou Longwan customized route.
“In the future, the ‘customized’ routes for various enterprises will become a routine for transportation groups to get the public’s attention and increase acceptance of the customized routes.” Zheng Xiuzhi said.
