Golong parking scenario payment system can realize payment management through intelligent equipment.

It is a multimedia comprehensive payment system that uses a contactless smart card as the parking access, reads an IC card or an ID card to identify vehicles, and integrates image comparison, character superposition, voice prompts and other advanced technologies. The parking time can be automatically calculated according to the entry time and the exit time. Charging standard can be set according to the requirements. Paking time can be accurate to seconds, and the charging amount can be accurate to 0.1 yuan.

Functions

Automatic card dispenser: One vehicle only can get one card (200 cards maxium) so that unattended management can be achieved. When vehicles are on inductive loop detectors, the sensor can be triggered and the antenna start to work at the same time. Vehicles that make monthly payment

The monthly truck host card is within 10cm of the antenna. Show the card, and the antenna can read the card data, send the data to the induction processing module, and then send it to the computer for processing.

Charging display: It adopt LED and show information in Chinese and English. It can display the time, charging amount, balance in the card, card validity, parking space, and other related information, so that administrators and owners can easily understand relevant information.

Voice prompt: There are some information that can be prompted, such as reading the card, charge amount, expiration date and other related information, as well as misoperation or illegal operation, etc.

Intercom: It can make sure that all entrances and exits and the management center are contacted in a timely manner to avoid congestion.

Image comparison: It adopts high-resolution camera to automatically capture vehicles.

The image is clear and bright. Furthermore, it uses ultra-low light technology. Besides that, it adopts self-developed automatic switching technology (take photos when the vehicle enters and exits to compare images, vehicle theft and other incidents can be avoided)

Anti-smashing function: It adopts special infrared or ultrasonic technology to cooperate with the vehicle detector to achieve the function of anti-smashing people and vehicles, that is, when the person or vehicle is under the road gate, the gate in the proximity sensing area will not fall, and the gate will automatically fall after the person or vehicle leaves.

Components of the Parking Fee Management System:

Barrier Gate: A barrier gate is a management device used to restrict the passage of motor vehicles at entrances and exits. It consists of parts such as a gearbox, motor, transmission mechanism, balance device, housing, barrier arm support, and barrier arm. It is widely used in toll booths, parking lots, community entrances, and other places to manage vehicle access. Depending on the type of barrier arm, it can be divided into straight arm barrier gates, curved arm barrier gates, and fence barrier gates. It can be opened and closed remotely via wireless control or automatically managed through the parking lot management system.

Entrance/Exit Control Machine: The entrance/exit control machine is a management device for cards and barrier gates in the parking fee management system. The main components include voice output module, LED or LCD display module, card management module, main control module, vehicle detection module, and power supply module. It is an indispensable part of the parking fee management system.

Vehicle Detector: The vehicle detector, composed of a group of loop coils and a current sensing digital circuit board, is used in conjunction with barrier gates or control machines. The loop coils are buried 10cm below the ground directly below the barrier arm. Whenever a vehicle passes over the loop coils, they generate an induction current signal, which is processed by the vehicle detector and then sent to the control machine or barrier gate as a control signal.

Fee Display Screen: The fee display screen is an auxiliary accessory in the parking fee management system, mainly placed at the exit of the parking lot for fee processing and display. Controlled by the parking lot system software, it can display the parking fee that the vehicle needs to pay on the screen.

System Software: A set of management software specifically designed for modern parking fee management, suitable for large, medium, and small parking fee management. It can automatically calculate fees based on card number or license plate number according to the corresponding price of the vehicle type. The software supports automatic ticket printing, free storage time, export of EXCEL reports, automatic database backup, generation of statistical charts, etc.
