The traffic counting system is to count the number of people in the monitoring area or the number of people who pass through the camera through the cameras installed in fixed positions.

Scenarios:

1.Taking the number of people in the camera surveillance area as an example, passenger flow statistics can be calculated according to the number of people queuing for tickets in the current monitoring area, such as amusement park ticket offices and shops.

2.Taking the number of people who pass through as an example, the system can be installed at the entrances and exits of scenic spots and shopping malls to count how many people enter and exit during each period, and how many people are in the venue.

3.The data obtained by the passenger flow statistics equipment is highly accurate, and the aggregation of passenger flow data at different periods, and different locations can give the operators a scientific basis for operation and management.

Solutions:

1.First of all, the image information is obtained through the monocular camera, and the deep learning model simulates the visual perception system of the human brain. The movement, color, and outline of the pedestrians are extracted directly from the original picture. The features are transmitted layer by layer to obtain the high-dimensional information of the picture. The neural network is used for in-depth analysis to achieve more accurate pedestrian detection.

2.The information in the image is divided into areas, that is, the areas of pedestrians. Then the ROIS method is used to make further judgments on the areas of pedestrians, to more accurately determine whether there are pedestrians in each area.
